Office Assistant
We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Office Assistant to join our team in Al Buraymi. As an Office Assistant, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office. The ideal candidate should have experience working in an office setting, excellent communication skills, and the ability to multitask. Knowledge of basic computer programs such as Microsoft Word and Excel is required. This is a part-time position with a salary of 1000$. Biometric passport is required.
Responsibilities:
- Answering phone calls and redirecting them when necessary
- Greeting and assisting visitors
- Maintaining filing systems and organizing documents
- Managing office supplies and restocking when needed
- Assisting with data entry tasks
- Scheduling appointments and meetings
- Handling incoming and outgoing mail
- Performing general clerical duties such as photocopying, scanning, and faxing
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience as an office assistant or in a similar role preferred
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and other basic computer programs
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks
- Attention to detail
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Biometric passport required
