Key Responsibilities:
- Perform routine maintenance tasks such as painting, plumbing, electrical work, and carpentry.
- Conduct repairs on equipment and facilities as needed.
- Complete daily work orders and maintain accurate records of completed tasks.
- Inspect and identify potential maintenance issues.
- Respond to guest requests for repairs in a timely manner.
- Ensure that all work is completed efficiently and to high quality standards.

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Handyman or similar role.
- Strong knowledge of basic repair techniques in areas such as plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and painting.
- Ability to use various tools and equipment effectively.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to interact with guests in a professional manner.
- Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills.
- Physically fit with the ability to lift heavy objects and perform manual labor.

Preferred Qualifications:
- Certification or training in a skilled trade such as plumbing or electrical work.
- Prior experience working in a hotel or resort setting.
