As a Tiler Foreman in Almada, Portugal, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing the tiling projects of our company. Your role will involve planning, organizing and directing the work of a team of tilers to ensure that projects are completed on time, within budget and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:
- Review project plans and specifications to determine materials needed, labor requirements and project timelines
- Lead a team of tilers by assigning tasks, providing guidance and monitoring progress
- Coordinate with clients, suppliers and other contractors to ensure smooth project execution
- Conduct regular site inspections to ensure work is being carried out according to specifications and safety standards
- Train new tilers on proper techniques and safety procedures
- Troubleshoot any issues that may arise during the project and make necessary adjustments
- Maintain accurate records of project progress, materials used and labor hours
- Communicate regularly with management regarding project updates, budget constraints or any other relevant issues
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures and safety regulations at all times

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a tiler with at least 2 years in a leadership/supervisory role
- Strong knowledge of various tiling techniques, materials and tools
- Ability to read blueprints, drawings and technical specifications
- Excellent communication skills in Portuguese (both written and verbal)
- Good problem-solving abilities with attention to detail
- Physical strength and stamina to work long hours in various weather conditions if needed
- Ability to manage time effectively and prioritize tasks accordingly
- Valid driver's license preferred

Salary: $1600 per month (without accommodation)
