Responsibilities:
- Evaluate current computer systems and processes and identify areas for improvement
- Develop solutions to improve efficiency and productivity of computer systems
- Conduct research on new technologies and make recommendations for implementation
- Collaborate with team members to plan, design, and implement new systems or upgrades
- Test and troubleshoot new systems or updates before implementation
- Train employees on how to use new systems or processes
- Monitor system performance and make necessary adjustments or updates as needed

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
- Proven experience as a Computer Systems Analyst or similar role
- Strong technical skills in programming languages, database management, and network infrastructure
- Excellent analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work well independently or in a team setting
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
