Sales Manager

A reputable hotel in Albena is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Manager to join our team. This is a full-time position with a salary of 1200$ per month, plus commission. We are looking for an Indian national with excellent English speaking skills.

As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for promoting and selling our hotel's services and amenities to potential clients. You will work closely with the marketing team to develop and implement sales strategies that will attract new customers and retain existing ones.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet monthly targets
- Identify potential clients and establish relationships with them
- Conduct market research to identify new opportunities for business growth
- Build strong relationships with travel agencies, tour operators, and corporate clients
- Attend trade shows and networking events to promote the hotel
- Negotiate contracts and pricing with clients
- Monitor competitor activity and make necessary adjustments to stay competitive

Requirements:
- Indian national preferred
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
- Minimum of 2 years experience in sales, preferably in the hospitality industry
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills in English (both written and verbal)
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Strong customer service orientation
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
