Position: Collector (Indian/Malayalee)
Location: Dubrovnik, Croatia

We are in search of a highly motivated and experienced Collector to join our team. As a Collector, you will be responsible for managing and collecting payments from customers. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals with a background in finance, accounting or customer service to further their career in a dynamic and growing company.

Key Responsibilities:
- Contact customers via phone, email or letter to follow up on outstanding payments
- Negotiate payment plans and resolve any billing discrepancies with customers
- Monitor customer accounts to identify delinquent payments and take appropriate action
- Prepare reports on collection activities and provide updates to management
- Maintain accurate records of all collection activities

Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in collections, finance or accounting
- Fluency in English is a must, knowledge of Malayalam would be an advantage
- Strong negotiation and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
- Must have own visa/work permit for Croatia
