We are seeking a skilled Concrete Worker to join our team in Utena, Lithuania. As a Concrete Worker, you will be responsible for pouring, smoothing, and finishing concrete surfaces to create structures and surfaces according to project specifications.

Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with construction managers and other team members to determine project requirements and specifications
- Measure and mark cutting lines on materials using measuring tools
- Prepare work areas by removing debris and setting up necessary equipment
- Pour concrete into forms or directly onto surfaces, ensuring it is evenly spread and free of air pockets
- Smooth concrete surface using hand or power tools
- Use trowels, screeds, or floats to work wet concrete into desired shape and level surface
- Apply curing or surface treatments as needed
- Follow safety procedures at all times to ensure a safe working environment for yourself and others.

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Concrete Worker or similar role
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and project plans
- Knowledge of different concrete types, mixing techniques, and curing processes
- Familiarity with various hand tools such as trowels, floats, screeds, etc.
- Physical stamina and ability to work in varying weather conditions
- Attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills.

Salary:
Starting salary for this position is 1500$ per month.
