CNC Operator

We are seeking a skilled CNC Operator to join our team in Malindi. As a CNC Operator, you will be responsible for setting up and operating computer numerical control (CNC) machines to produce high-quality metal and plastic parts. Your main duties will include reading blueprints, programming machines, adjusting settings, monitoring machine performance, and ensuring the production of accurate and precise parts within tight deadlines.

To excel in this role, you should have at least 2 years of experience as a CNC Operator or similar role. You should also have strong technical skills, including the ability to read and interpret blueprints and use precision measuring instruments. A high school diploma or equivalent is required, while a technical degree or certification is preferred.

As our ideal candidate, you must be detail-oriented, with the ability to work independently as well as part of a team. You must also have good problem-solving skills and be able to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment. Good communication skills and the ability to follow instructions are also essential.
