Barista
A well-established coffee shop in Nairobi is seeking a skilled and friendly Barista to join our team. As a Barista, you will be responsible for crafting delicious coffee beverages, providing excellent customer service, and maintaining a clean and organized workspace. The ideal candidate should have prior experience as a Barista, strong communication skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. This is a temporary position with the potential for permanent employment for the right candidate. Accommodation can be provided if needed. Urgent hiring for Filipinos or Nepali candidates with or without experience. English fluency is required.

As a Barista, your responsibilities will include:
- Preparing and serving high-quality coffee beverages according to company standards
- Interacting with customers in a friendly and efficient manner to ensure customer satisfaction
- Maintaining cleanliness and organization of work area, including restocking supplies
- Operating various coffee-making equipment including espresso machines, grinders, and brewers
- Following health and safety guidelines at all times

Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Barista preferred but not required
- Strong communication skills with the ability to engage with customers in a positive manner
- Ability to multitask and provide excellent service while working in a fast-paced environment
- Basic knowledge of coffee preparation techniques and equipment operation
- Attention to detail in maintaining cleanliness and organization of work area
- Fluent in English (Filipinos or Nepali candidates preferred)
- Must be able to work flexible hours including weekends
