Loader Supervisor


We are hiring a Loader Supervisor to join our team in Plovdiv. As a Loader Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the loading and unloading of goods onto trucks and ensuring efficient and safe operations. This role requires supervisory experience, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work well under pressure.

Responsibilities:
- Supervise a team of loaders to ensure timely loading and unloading of goods onto trucks
- Assign tasks and monitor performance to ensure efficiency and productivity
- Train new loaders on proper loading techniques and safety procedures
- Communicate with truck drivers to coordinate loading schedules and resolve any issues that may arise
- Inspect equipment for any defects or damages and report maintenance needs
- Maintain accurate records of loaded goods, truck information, and time logs
- Ensure compliance with company policies, safety regulations, and transportation laws

Requirements:
- Previous experience in a supervisory role in a warehouse or logistics setting
- Ability to communicate effectively with team members, truck drivers, and other stakeholders
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
- Physically fit with the ability to lift heavy objects repeatedly
- Knowledge of safety procedures for loading equipment
- Proficient in English (both written and verbal)
- Valid work permit or visa sponsorship for non-EU candidates
