We are seeking an experienced Architecture Manager to join our team in Karachi, Pakistan. As the Architecture Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all architecture projects and ensuring their successful completion within budget and timeline. You will work closely with clients, architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure that all project requirements are met.

Responsibilities:
- Manage and oversee all aspects of architecture projects from start to finish
- Develop project plans, budgets, and timelines
- Liaise with clients to understand their needs and develop design proposals
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure project feasibility and quality
- Oversee construction progress and make necessary adjustments as needed
- Ensure project compliance with building codes and regulations
- Conduct site visits and inspections to ensure quality control
- Communicate project updates to clients, stakeholders, and team members

Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture or a related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in architecture management or a similar role
- Strong knowledge of architectural design principles and practices
- Proficiency in AutoCAD or other design software
- Excellent project management skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
- Strong communication skills with the ability to collaborate with a diverse team
- Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities

We offer a competitive salary of 900$ per month (negotiable) along with accommodation. This is a contract position with the potential for long-term employment based on performance.
