Administrator
We are currently hiring a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrator to join our team in Jeddah. As an Administrator, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our company and providing administrative support to all departments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain office supplies, equipment, and facilities
- Monitor and track expenses, prepare budgets, and maintain financial records
- Coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for senior management
- Maintain accurate records of employee attendance, leaves, and performance evaluations
- Assist with recruitment processes such as posting job ads and scheduling interviews
- Handle incoming calls, emails, and correspondence in a timely and professional manner
- Prepare reports, memos, presentations, and other documents as required
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
Requirements:
- Indian nationality preferred
- Fluent in English (Arabic is a plus)
- Proven experience as an administrator or similar role for at least 2 years
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
