Waiter

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Waiter to join our team in Medina. This position is suitable for Malayalees and foreigners with no English language requirements. As a Waiter, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service to our guests and ensuring their dining experience is enjoyable and memorable.

Key Responsibilities:
- Greet customers, take orders, and serve food and beverages in a timely manner
- Explain menu items, make recommendations, and answer any questions or concerns
- Ensure tables are properly set up with silverware, glassware, and other dining essentials
- Monitor guests' needs throughout their meal and respond promptly to any requests or issues
- Maintain cleanliness of dining area, including wiping tables and chairs, sweeping floors, and restocking supplies
- Process payments accurately using POS system
- Follow all food safety regulations and proper hygiene practices

Requirements:
- Previous experience as a waiter/waitress preferred
- Excellent communication skills in Malayalam (English proficiency is not required)
- Customer-oriented with a positive attitude
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Must be able to stand for long periods of time and lift up to 25 pounds
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed

We offer a competitive salary of 1500$ per month for this contract job. Visa sponsorship is available for qualified candidates.
