Architectural Technologist

Our architectural firm in Chelyabinsk is seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Architectural Technologist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of design principles, building codes, and construction processes. They will work closely with architects and engineers to create detailed plans, specifications, and 3D models for residential and commercial projects.

Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with architects and engineers to create detailed plans for construction projects
- Utilize AutoCAD and other software programs to create accurate 2D and 3D models
- Perform site visits to gather information and ensure compliance with building codes
- Create detailed specifications for materials, finishes, and construction methods
- Work closely with contractors to ensure plans are executed accurately during the construction process
- Keep up-to-date with industry trends, building codes, and regulations

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or a related field preferred
- Minimum of 2 years experience as an Architectural Technologist or similar role
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit or other design software programs
- Strong knowledge of building codes and regulations
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Attention to detail and ability to multitask effectively

This is a full-time position suitable for men. Salary is $1400 per month. This position is open to all nationalities.
