Baker Assistant


We are currently seeking a motivated and experienced Baker Assistant to join our team in St-Petersburg. As a Baker Assistant, you will assist the head baker in all aspects of the baking process, from preparation to finishing the final product. This is an urgent position that requires previous experience in a bakery setting.

Responsibilities:
- Assist the head baker with mixing, shaping, and baking dough
- Measure and weigh ingredients accurately
- Monitor oven temperatures and baking times
- Clean and maintain work area and equipment
- Follow recipes and instructions provided by the head baker
- Help with decorating and finishing baked goods
- Assist with inventory management and ordering supplies

Requirements:
- Previous experience working in a bakery or as a baker assistant
- Knowledge of baking techniques, measurements, and ingredients
- Ability to follow recipes accurately
- Physical stamina to stand for long periods of time
- Detail-oriented with excellent time management skills
- Ability to work well in a team environment

Salary:
The salary for this position is $1300 per month.
