Office Assistant

We are in need of a highly organized and efficient Office Assistant to join our team in Funchal. As an Office Assistant, you will be responsible for a variety of administrative and clerical tasks to support the smooth operation of our office. The ideal candidate will have at least 1 year of experience in a similar role and possess excellent communication skills. You should also be proficient in Microsoft Office and have strong time-management abilities. Attention to detail and the ability to work independently are also essential for this role. This is an urgent position with a salary of $1800 per month. All nationalities are welcome to apply.
