Project Manager



As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing the execution of various projects in our company. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure that projects are completed on time, within budget, and meet all quality standards. Your main goal will be to deliver successful projects that align with our company's goals and objectives.

Responsibilities:
- Develop project plans, timelines, and budgets
- Identify project risks and develop mitigation strategies
- Coordinate with team members to ensure project tasks are completed on schedule
- Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to stakeholders
- Conduct project meetings and facilitate communication between team members
- Ensure all project deliverables meet quality standards
- Manage project changes and scope creep
- Address any issues or concerns that arise during the project lifecycle
- Conduct post-project reviews to identify areas for improvement

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, engineering, or related field
- Proven experience as a Project Manager or similar role
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Strong communication and leadership abilities
- Familiarity with project management tools and software
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Experience working in a fast-paced environment
- Strong problem-solving skills

Salary: 1700$ per month

Location: Vilnius, Lithuania (open to all nationalities)
