As the IT Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing our organization's information technology systems and infrastructure. This is a critical role that requires strong technical expertise, leadership skills, and a strategic mindset.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement IT strategies and policies to support the organization's goals
- Manage the day-to-day operations of our IT systems, including servers, networks, databases, and applications
- Ensure the security of our systems and data by implementing proper protocols and measures
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and cost optimization within the IT department
- Lead a team of IT professionals, providing guidance, training, and support as needed
- Collaborate with other departments to understand their technology needs and provide solutions
- Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in technology to make recommendations for upgrades or new systems

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or related field
- Minimum of 5 years experience in an IT management role
- Strong knowledge of network administration, security protocols, database management, and cloud computing
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a team
- Proven experience in developing IT strategies that align with organizational goals
- Analytical thinking with problem-solving abilities
- Strong communication skills with the ability to effectively communicate complex technical concepts to non-tech stakeholders
