Salary: 1200$ per month (negotiable based on experience)


We are seeking a skilled and experienced Handyman to join our team in Faro, Portugal. As a Handyman, you will be responsible for completing a variety of tasks ranging from basic repairs and maintenance to more complex projects. This is a contract job with the possibility of extension based on performance.

Responsibilities:
- Perform basic repairs and maintenance on residential and commercial properties
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues with plumbing, electrical, and HVAC systems
- Install fixtures, appliances, and equipment as needed
- Paint interior and exterior surfaces
- Complete carpentry tasks such as building shelves or repairing furniture
- Handle landscaping duties including mowing, trimming, and gardening
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of work area
- Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and provide solutions

Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Handyman or in a similar role
- Ability to handle various tools and equipment safely
- Good knowledge of basic repair techniques in areas such as plumbing, electrical, carpentry, painting
- Physical strength and stamina to perform manual labor tasks
- Excellent time management skills
- Biometric passport or ability to obtain one for international travel

Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience working in both residential and commercial properties
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Experience using landscaping tools such as lawn mowers, trimmers, etc.
