Our client in Saudi Arabia is seeking a knowledgeable, professional Personal Assistant/Secretary to provide routine clerical as well as clerical support to a Department Head. Single status placement so family members can not join incumbent.

Secret Obligations
Tasks may consist of, however are not limited to, the following:

Facility diary/calendar management
Organizing traveling plans, visa applications and handling expenses
Satisfying facilitation including minute taking and making up agendas
Doing highly personal management duties
Structure, editing and enhancing and evaluation of private correspondence
Collection of analytical info, records and discussions
Office supervisor and also various other secretarial responsibilities as required

Minimum Demands
