COMMIS CHEF

Ø Appoint the staff to follow FIFO (First IN First OUT) system of managing basic materials and refined food whatsoever times.
Ø Co-ordinates with the team to make use of raw products efficiently with maximum return and also minimum wastefulness.
Ø Co-ordinates with CDP for planning of the area and sustains throughout food selection presentation.
Ø Promotes all assigned tasks assigned and also makes sure that they are completed in a timely manner and also the record is provided based on manufacturing strategy.
Ø Splits all the jobs appointed by his elderly to his assistants.
Ø Complies with instructions of seniors to help in smooth procedure and also assist Chef de Partie and Chef in implementing brand-new process or brand-new food preparation methods.
Ø Offers all the information associated to machinery failure and also little devices damages to Cook de Partie.
