• Installation of new hardware and software
• Protect customer data from external infiltration
• Database protection
• Creating employee accounts and showing employees how to use them
• Solve all password problems
• Responding to Breakdowns
• Computer software and hardware troubleshooting
• Equipment repair and replacement when necessary
• Checking computer equipment for electrical safety
• Registration and control of software licenses
• Management of IT-related equipment, consumables and other resources
• Constant communication with software and hardware suppliers
