To connect, support & help with all KSA government entities for organizational registration treatments and various other associated activities.
Assistance in the monitoring of bid/tender getting procedure for designated chances.
Coordinate the prep work and also entry of offers and tender files that are receptive to customer demands and also in compliance with company goals and also finished in a timely manner.
Offer assistance to employees as well as clerical duties that includes scanning, emailing and also replicating to monitoring.
React to inquires for all type of information pertaining to the organization.
Manage, organize as well as preserve documents and also data sources in a private manner.
React to emails and also respond to phone telephone calls as and also when called for.
Requirements
Female prospect with any Bachelor's level
Saudi National or Any Kind Of Arabic Talking National
Confirmed 2-3 years of experience of functioning as Admin Assistant/Admin Co-Ordinator or similar function
Awareness on Government company enrollment procedure & procedures
Solid knowledge of workplace monitoring treatments and systems
Know-how in reliable operation standard workplace devices
Skillful with MS office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word etc).
Working understanding of basic book maintaining and accounting abilities.
Solid verbal and also non-verbal interaction.
Excellent time management abilities.
Strong business skills.
Focus to information.
Ability to multitask as well as focus on everyday job.
