We are looking to fill a position for a Restaurant Manager to join our team in Dubai.

Qualifications:
• Excellent customer service, communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and handle challenging situations
• Experience in a similar role is preferable but we are willing to consider candidates with no experience
• Ability to work under pressure and on flexible hours
• Ability to work well with a diverse team

Responsibilities:
• Overseeing daily operations of the restaurant
• Developing, implementing and controlling policies and procedures
• Ensuring high quality customer service
• Keeping track of inventories and supplies
• Delegating tasks and managing staff
• Recruiting, training and coaching staff
• Payroll management and budget control
