• Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Florist
• Ability to work with an array of materials and equipment related to flower arranging
• Knowledge of regional and seasonal flowers
• Highly organised and able to think on the spot
• Passion for creating beautiful floral arrangements
• Ability to work with customers causing minimal disruption
• Flexibility in working hours
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
