We are seeking an experienced Restaurant Manager for a unique opportunity in Dubai! Our client is a luxury restaurant and bar concept, seeking a creative, motivated, and committed individual to drive the food concept to success.

We offer a competitive salary of AED 1600 and will consider qualified immigrants for the position.

Responsibilities:

• Manage the daily operations and staff of a high-end restaurant

• Develop, implement, and oversee the restaurant’s policy, procedures and standards

• Ensure the highest standards of customer service

• Handle customer inquiries, complaints and disputes

• Plan and execute marketing promotions and special events

• Establish and maintain good relationships with customers and suppliers

• Ensure that all staff members receive appropriate training and supervision to perform their assigned duties

• Monitor restaurant inventory, including food and beverage, to ensure cost-effective operations

• Comply with all
