Job Title: Restaurant Manager – Dubai

Salary: 1300 AED per month

Demands for the Candidate:

We are looking for a Restaurant Manager with excellent communication and customer service skills to manage our restaurant in Dubai. This position is open to both residents and immigrants. No prior experience required.

Responsibilities:

• Monitor overall restaurant operations and daily activities

• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service

• Supervise and motivate kitchen and wait staff

• Train and support new hires

• Resolve customer complaints promptly and efficiently

• Monitor stock and order necessary supplies

• Schedule shifts and monitor employees' adherence to restaurant requirements

• Develop a customer loyalty program

• Make sure the restaurant operates correctly according to brand standards
