We are seeking an experienced Restaurant Manager to oversee operations of a new restaurant in Dubai.

As the Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for managing the daily operations which include, but are not limited to, developing and maintaining financial goals, monitoring inventory, training and supervising staff members and creating a positive, customer-focused atmosphere.

You will be expected to have working knowledge of current legislation, food safety practices and liquor licensing procedures. You should have proven experience managing a restaurant and the ability to multi-task in a busy and fast-paced environment.
