Job Summary:

We are looking for a Librarian to join our dynamic team in Dubai to help build and maintain an excellent collection of books and materials. In this role, you will lead the library’s operations, finding ways to make it the best it can be for both staff and patrons. You will also be responsible for organizing and developing library materials, as well as helping patrons find material suitable to their needs.

Job Requirements:

- Bachelor’s degree in Library Science or a related field
- Understanding of library services and ability to promote library use
- Proficient at using library databases, software and systems
- Excellent communication, organizational skills and customer service
- Ability to research, select and order library material
- Ability to stay current with the latest technology and trends in library science
- Previous library experience is a plus but not essential
