Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Restaurant Manager to run the day-to-day operations of our restaurant in Dubai. The role will involve overseeing the management of staff members, creating an enjoyable and professional work environment, as well as shaping the customer experience. The successful candidate will receive a salary of 1600 AED per month.

Demands for the Candidate

To be successful in this role the candidate must have at least 3 years of restaurant management experience and must have a strong understanding of the demands of the foodservice industry. The ideal candidate should be knowledgeable about customer service, food and beverage quality, cost control, and cultural sensitivity. The successful candidate must also possess excellent problem-solving and organizational skills and have a flair for training and motivating a team. Finally, the successful candidate must have excellent communication and interpersonal skills to ensure a successful customer experience.
