The Office Assistant is responsible for providing administrative support and customer service to the Jabal-Ali office. Responsibilities include managing incoming calls, emails, and correspondence; filing and maintaining documents; preparing reports; updating records; and providing general clerical support.

The ideal candidate will have a customer-focused attitude and good communication and organizational skills. They must also have prior office experience and a computer literacy. We are ready to consider an immigrant to fill this role.
