We are looking for an experienced Restaurant Manager to join a 5-star dining team in Dubai. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our restaurant.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Ensure that the restaurant operates efficiently and profitably while maintaining the highest standards of food service.

• Set objectives for restaurant staff and monitor their progress.

• Create and monitor budgets, supervise staff and put strategies in place to increase sales.

• Develop and maintain effective organizational and customer service strategies.

• Train and motivate restaurant personnel.

• Handle customer complaints and resolve issues satisfactorily.

• Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and health codes.

• Monitor trends and recommend changes in policies, staff structure, and equipment.

• Create innovative menus and order supplies as necessary.

Ideal Candidate:

• A minimum of 3 years experience in the restaurant industry.
