Job Description:

• Install, repair and maintain piping, fixtures and various other parts of the plumbing system
• Assist in the installation of plumbing-related appliances
• Liase with construction contractors and other professionals to ensure projects are completed on time
• Carry out inspections on plumbing systems and diagnose any problems as necessary
• Maintain records of maintenance performed and materials used

Demands for the Candidate:

• Minimum of three years of experience in plumbing or other related field
• Knowledge of applicable design codes and awareness of safety directives
• Ability to identify problems quickly and provide practical solutions
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work both independently and in a team environment
• Willingness to work flexible hours
