This job requires commitment, energy, and enthusiasm. Responsibilities include overseeing and managing the day-to-day operations of the restaurant, training and developing staff, managing inventory and ordering processes, coordinating with vendors, recruiting and managing the team, and ensuring that customer service is of the highest standard.
