You should have excellent customer service skills and be able to take orders in a clear, friendly and professional manner. You must be able to effectively communicate with customers and understand their needs while providing a positive experience. Additionally, you should be able to effectively handle cash and payments and have a good understanding of food and beverage ingredients.
