To be considered for the role, you should have at least 1 year of teaching experience, as well as the required educational qualification. You need to have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a passion for inspiring and motivating students. Ability to foster a positive learning environment and create engaging lesson plans is a must.

You should be able to use various teaching methods for different learners, plan lessons and assessments accordingly, and evaluate student performance regularly. Other important responsibilities include attending staff meetings, managing classrooms and maintaining up to date knowledge in the subjects you teach.
