The successful candidate must be able to demonstrate a track record of successful management within the restaurant sector. This person should possess a competitive drive for customer satisfaction, quality service and attention to detail.

The ideal candidate will have 3 years of experience in a managerial role within the hospitality industry. He/She should be knowledgeable and comfortable with all types of restaurant management systems and possess the skillset required to manage high labor turnover, train staff, and ensure that all compliance with company standards.
