Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced Restaurant Manager for our Dubai based restaurant. The Restaurant Manager will oversee the daily operations of the restaurant, ensuring that the right standards of customer service, product quality and hygiene are met.

Requirements for the Candidate:

- Extensive knowledge of restaurant operations, POS systems and general finance
- Proven track record of leading successful teams with excellent problem solving, customer service and communication skills.
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
- Must have strong knowledge in local and international cuisine with at least 2 years of managerial experience.
- Ability to lead by example and work well with the entire team.
- Must possess relevant qualifications and/or certifications
- Willingness to work shifts and be available nights and weekends.
