Job Summary

We are currently seeking an experienced Cashier to join our team in Doha, Qatar. In this role, you will be responsible for efficiently processing payments from customers, handling cash balances and preparing end-of-day reports. The successful candidate must be highly detail-oriented and have excellent math and time management abilities.

Responsibilities

• Manage cash register operations including item processing, cash transactions, refunds, and voids
• Accurately count and balance all money in the register drawer at the end of the shift
• Provide excellent customer service with a friendly attitude
• Garden and promote additional sales by offering coupon deals, loyalty programs, and other services
• Update customer databases with key customer data
• Process merchandise returns and exchanges
• Document and report discrepancies, shortages and overages
