Job Brief

We are looking for a qualified Assistant Security Manager to join our team. He/she will be responsible for assisting the Security Manager in coordination of security operations, as well as managing, training, and assessing performance of the entire security personnel.

Responsibilities

• Perform checks on operational needs and administer new procedures for strict compliance in the hotel

• Collate Hotel Incident reports, record statements, and interview eyewitnesses performing
  onsite investigation and involve the authorities, where necessary.

• Oversee critical and sensitive functions in the hotel giving command & control the operations during an emergency

• Ensure all security personnel are fully briefed on major events of the hotel and formulate the respective SOPs
