Restaurant Manager Job

Location: Dubai

Salary: 1500 AED/month

We are looking for a hardworking, passionate and experienced Restaurant Manager to join our team in Dubai.

The successful candidate must have a minimum of 1 year relevant experience in managing restaurants, preferably in Dubai. We are willing to consider foreign candidates for the position.

Job Responsibilities

• Create and implement strategies to improve overall customer experience

• Supervise daily operations of the restaurant including staff, inventory and sales

• Ensure that operational standards are adhered to at all times

• Coordinate special promotions and/or events

• Monitor sales and adjust menu items accordingly to maximize profitability

• Ensure customer complaints and concerns are resolved in a timely manner

• Enforce adherence to food safety standards

• Monitor budget and remodeling expenses

• Recruit, train and supervise staff
