Job Title: Mechanical Engineer

We are looking for a motivated and experienced Mechanical Engineer to join our team in Umm-al-Qaiwain, United Arab Emirates. The successful candidate must have at least five years of experience working in the engineering field and must have a degree in the same.
The successful candidate should possess strong technical skills, excellent problem-solving abilities and the ability to work with a diverse team. The ideal candidate should also be highly organized and detail-oriented, with great communication skills.
The job duties include but are not limited to: designing mechanical equipment such as pumps, motors and turbines; performing calculations for design verification; developing designs for new products; preparing reports related to design; conducting research on new technologies; troubleshooting existing equipment problems; and providing support to other departments as needed.
The successful candidate will be expected to provide creative solutions to problems while adhering to safety regulations, industry standards and best practices. He or she should have an excellent understanding of materials used in mechanical engineering designs, as well as a keen eye for detail when it comes to quality control.
Finally, the candidate must have the ability to work with minimal supervision while still meeting deadlines and maintaining high standards of workmanship. The position requires someone who is highly motivated and willing to take initiative within their role.
