Qualifications
• Previous experience as a Barista or in a similar role is preferred but not essential
• A warm personality with strong interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to multi-task efficiently
• Excellent customer service skills
• Good knowledge of beverages and their preparation
• Ability to maintain high standards of cleanliness and hygiene
• Good organizational skills

Responsibilities
• Prepare hot drinks such as coffee, tea, cappuccinos etc. according to customers’ specifications
• Follow recipes accurately when preparing beverages
• Greet customers warmly when they arrive at the cafe
• Take orders from customers accurately
• Ensure all products are prepared in accordance with health and safety regulations
• Maintain cleanliness of work areas at all times
• Keep records of sales transactions
• Assist with restocking shelves when necessary
