We are looking for a Barista to join our team in Doha. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing excellent customer service in our coffee shop, preparing beverages and completing other tasks as assigned.

The ideal candidate should have excellent customer service skills, be able to work in a fast-paced environment and have an eye for detail. Previous experience in the hospitality industry is preferred but not required. In addition, the ability to communicate effectively in English is essential.

We expect the Barista to:
• Greet customers upon arrival and take orders accurately
• Prepare drinks according to recipes and customer’s specifications
• Ensure all drinks are made correctly and promptly
• Maintain cleanliness of the work area at all times
• Ensure compliance with health and safety standards
• Receive payments from customers and provide change as needed
• Respond to customer inquiries politely and promptly
• Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor/manager.

The successful candidate must possess a high school diploma or equivalent, possess basic math skills, have strong communication skills, be able to multitask effectively, have good problem-solving abilities, be well organized, reliable and punctual with an ability to follow instructions accurately. We also encourage immigrants with no experience to apply as we provide comprehensive training on the job. The salary offered is 1300 QAR per month.
