Umm-al-Qaiwain is looking for a dedicated and experienced Teacher to join our team in a dynamic learning environment. We are looking for someone who is passionate about education and committed to helping our students reach their full potential.

The successful candidate will be responsible for planning, organizing, and implementing an appropriate instructional program in a learning environment that guides and encourages students to develop and fulfill their academic potential. This individual will also be responsible for developing educational goals, objectives, and standards of performance, as well as creating lesson plans that align with the curriculum. Other duties include assessing student learning outcomes, maintaining accurate records of student progress, preparing reports on student achievement, providing guidance to students regarding educational decisions, and monitoring student behavior in the classroom.

The ideal candidate has experience working with children of all ages in a classroom setting. They should have excellent organizational skills and the ability to effectively communicate with students and parents alike. A bachelor's degree or higher in education or a related field is required; any teaching or administrative certifications are an asset. Additionally, we welcome applicants who are immigrants; prior work experience is not necessary but may be beneficial.
