Office assistant in El-Fujairah, UAE
We are looking for an experienced Office Assistant to join our team in El-Fujairah. This is a full-time position with a salary of 1100 AED. The ideal candidate should have excellent organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills as well as the ability to work independently and prioritize tasks.
The Office Assistant will be responsible for providing administrative support to the organisation, assisting with daily operations, and helping to ensure a smooth running of the office. Responsibilities include: answering phone calls, greeting visitors, managing incoming and outgoing mail, scheduling meetings and appointments, creating documents such as letters, reports and spreadsheets, filing and organizing paperwork, maintaining databases and calendars, ordering supplies, coordinating travel arrangements for staff members when necessary. Additionally the Office Assistant will be required to provide additional support to other departments when needed.
We are looking for an individual who has experience in an office environment or in an administrative role. The right candidate should have excellent computer skills with knowledge of Microsoft Office applications such as Word and Excel. Additionally they should have excellent written and verbal communication skills with a high level of attention to detail.
