Al Shamkhah City is seeking highly motivated and experienced Chef to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing meals, cooking, and creating new recipes. They will be expected to work in a fast-paced environment, create high-quality dishes, and maintain food safety standards.

We are looking for someone who is reliable, organized, and capable of working with a team. The ideal candidate should have a passion for cooking, be creative in the kitchen, and able to multitask efficiently. This position requires excellent communication skills as well as strong attention to detail.

The successful applicant will be responsible for:
• Preparing meals according to restaurant standards while maintaining food safety standards
• Creating new recipes while keeping up with current trends
• Working with the sous-chef to ensure that all dishes are prepared on time
• Collaborating with other chefs in order to create innovative dishes
• Maintaining cleanliness of the kitchen while adhering to safety guidelines
• Estimating ingredient requirements and ordering necessary items
• Supervising junior chefs in order to ensure that meals are prepared correctly
• Managing inventory and ensuring that food costs are kept at an acceptable level
