Office assistant in Reef Al Fujairah City, UAE
Reef Al Fujairah City is looking for an office assistant to join our team. We are a global organization and offer a competitive salary of 1300 and the potential to work with international colleagues.
The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to the office staff in all areas. This will include scheduling meetings, filing documents, organizing files, responding to inquiries, preparing reports, maintaining records, and other related tasks as required. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication and organizational skills as well as an ability to multitask. Experience working with a diverse client base is preferred but not necessary.
We are looking for someone who is organized, detail-oriented and has excellent customer service skills. The candidate should also have great problem-solving abilities. The ability to speak multiple languages is a plus but not required as English proficiency is mandatory.
