We are looking for a Barista to join our team in Doha. The ideal candidate will have experience in preparing hot and cold beverages, including coffee, lattes, cappuccinos and other specialty drinks. We are also looking for someone with excellent customer service skills who is comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.

The successful candidate will be required to prepare drinks according to customers’ orders and recipe specifications, as well as clean and maintain equipment used for beverage making. They should have an eye for detail, enabling them to serve drinks that meet the highest standards of quality. They must also be able to accurately take orders and process payments in a timely manner.

The ideal Barista should possess:
• Knowledge of coffee and espresso drinks
• Ability to work quickly and efficiently while dealing with multiple customers
• Exceptional customer service skills
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
• High level of accuracy when taking orders
• Ability to keep up with drink trends
• Knowledge of health and safety regulations
• Basic math skills for handling money transactions
• An understanding of how to clean equipment properly
