We are currently looking for a talented Accountant to join our team at Al Shamkhah City. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing day-to-day financial operations and ensuring accurate accounting practices.
The ideal candidate should have a minimum of two years' experience in the accounting field, as well as the ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously. The successful candidate will possess strong analytical skills, with an excellent eye for detail. They should also be able to communicate effectively with colleagues across departments, both verbally and in writing. Knowledge of current legislation related to taxation and accounts payable/receivable is also preferred.

As an Accountant at Al Shamkhah City, you will be responsible for:
• Preparing financial statements, reports and records by analyzing account information
• Establishing internal control systems by reviewing policies; recommending changes
• Assisting with audits by providing relevant data
• Monitoring expenses against budget; preparing reports as required
• Reviewing accounts receivable/payable; making payments when necessary
• Reconciling discrepancies by collecting and analyzing account information
• Maintaining updated vendor files; processing invoices on time
• Maintaining all financial records in accordance with applicable laws and regulations
